A Full Smile is Something Everyone Deserves

Tooth loss, whether gradual or sudden, partial or complete, has a profound impact on daily life. It affects how you eat, how you speak, how you look, and how confidently you engage with the world around you. At Seven Bridges Dental Studio, we believe that no patient should have to navigate that impact without a solution that restores their quality of life.

Custom dentures and partial dentures remain one of the most accessible, effective, and time-tested solutions for replacing multiple missing teeth, and when properly designed, precisely fitted, and crafted from quality materials, the results can be transformative. Dr. Fariha Querishi approaches every denture case with the same attention to aesthetics, fit, and function that she brings to every restoration, ensuring your denture looks natural, feels comfortable, and works the way you need it to.

Full Dentures (Complete Dentures)

Full dentures replace an entire arch of missing teeth, either the upper arch, the lower arch, or both. They rest on the gum tissue and are held in place by natural suction and the contours of the oral tissues. Full dentures are recommended when all of the natural teeth in an arch have been lost or need to be removed. They restore facial structure, lip support, chewing ability, and speech and when well-made, they look remarkably natural.

Partial Dentures

A partial denture replaces multiple missing teeth when some natural teeth still remain in the arch. It consists of replacement teeth attached to a gum-colored base, which is connected to a metal or flexible framework that clasps onto the remaining natural teeth for stability. Partial dentures fill the gaps left by missing teeth, prevent the remaining teeth from shifting, and restore a complete, balanced smile, all while being removable for easy cleaning.

Understanding Dentures & Partials

Dentures are removable prosthetic appliances designed to replace missing teeth and restore the appearance and function of a natural smile. They are custom-fabricated to fit the unique contours of your mouth, designed to look as natural as possible while providing the support and stability needed for comfortable daily use.

There are two primary types of dentures, and the right option depends entirely on how many teeth you are missing and the condition of your remaining natural teeth.

What to Expect During Your Denture Process

1

Comprehensive Consultation & Evaluation

Dr. Querishi begins with a thorough evaluation of your oral health, including X-rays, an assessment of your remaining teeth and gum tissue, and a detailed discussion of your goals, concerns, and lifestyle. Together, you'll determine the most appropriate type of denture and develop a clear treatment plan with a realistic timeline.
2

Extractions (If Needed)

If any remaining teeth need to be removed before your denture can be placed, Dr. Querishi will perform the necessary extractions with the same gentle, patient-first approach she brings to all procedures. For conventional dentures, a healing period follows before impressions are taken. For immediate dentures, impressions are taken in advance so your denture is ready on extraction day.
3

Impressions & Measurements

Precise impressions of your gum ridges and any remaining teeth are taken, along with careful measurements of your jaw relationships and bite. These records are sent to our dental laboratory where your custom denture is fabricated, designed specifically for the unique contours of your mouth.
4

Try-In Appointment

Before your final denture is completed, a try-in appointment allows Dr. Querishi and the laboratory to evaluate the fit, bite, aesthetics, and tooth selection and make any adjustments needed before the denture is finalized. This step is essential for achieving a natural-looking, comfortable result.
5

Final Delivery & Adjustments

Your completed denture is delivered, placed, and carefully evaluated for fit and comfort. Dr. Querishi checks your bite, assesses stability, and makes any final adjustments needed. It's completely normal to require one or two follow-up adjustment appointments as you adapt to your new denture and we're always here to make sure yours fits as well as it possibly can.
6

Ongoing Care & Follow-Up

Regular dental visits remain important even after tooth loss — Dr. Querishi monitors the health of your gum tissue, evaluates your denture for wear and fit, and checks for any signs of oral disease, including oral cancer, at every appointment. As your jawbone changes over time, relining or rebasing your denture may be needed to maintain an optimal fit.

We recently closed on a house in the new neighborhood next to Seven Bridges Dental Studio and decided to move our care here due to the proximity to our new place. We are so glad we found this practice! Dr. Querishi is absolutely fantastic and Alex was thorough, kind and communicative during my cleaning. I have a few things that we need to take care of and for once, I'm not dreading going back. The facilities are beautiful, welcoming and clean. So grateful that we live within walking distance to our new dentist!

Seven Bridges Dental Studio is the best dental practice I have been to. Dr Fariha is very knowledgeable, sweet and great at her job. The staff are friendly, and the whole atmosphere is so welcoming. The dental practice is beautiful, and they really go the extra mile to make sure you feel at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dental experience! Bonus: Dr Fariha donates 3 weeks of food to a child in need for every new patient. How awesome is that?!

I was introduced to Seven Bridges Dental Studio through a friend. I just moved here from out of state and I I was looking for a dentist for the whole family. Dr. Qureshi and the whole staff were so kind and made the whole process so enjoy enjoyable. My 13-year-old son Usually gets anxiety about the dentist, but he felt so comfortable. I love that they offer a comfort menu! Our cleaning appointments will always be something we look forward to now!

I brought my 5-year-old son in for a check-up, cleaning, and some fillings, and I am so impressed with how they handled everything. Going to the dentist can be scary for a little one, but the entire team was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. They made him feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. He actually left the office smiling! Thank you for such a positive experience and for taking such great care of my son's teeth.
